The Project

Currently the space that will be used for SOS is unfinished in its interior. There are some items of the build out that have been covered such as plan design, initial inspection and part of the HVAC. The goal is to raise the funds to complete the construction of this space and have a certificate of occupancy from the city. Once this is achieved we will proceed to add the elements of decor and furnishing that will create the environment that we are looking for. The breakdown of costs is the following:
